- 7 medium heads garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Arrange heads of garlic in muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle garlic with olive oil.
- Bake for 40 minutes to one hour.
- The garlic is done when it is soft and squeezable.
- Remove, let cool and serve on crackers or bread.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
