- A crock-pot produces very soft and tender chops.
- 4 medium pork chops
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of pepper
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
Mix salt, pepper, soy sauce, garlic, and flour and dredge pork chops with mixture. In a skillet, slightly brown both sides of all the chops, then, add them to crock-pot. Cook on low for 10 hours and the result are some lightly battered, very juicy pork chops.
Variation: Try adding orange juice and pineapple instead of soy sauce for a different flavor.
