Thai Marinade Wings


  • 4 turkey wings OR 10 chicken wings

Marinade Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4 drops hot sauce


  1. Discard wing tips and divide wings into two pieces if whole.
  2. In a large saucepan, cover wings with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients to make the marinade in a separate bowl, stirring well to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Remove the wings from the water, cool completely and refrigerate for 2 to 12 hours in the marinade.
  5. Grill over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning often.
