Ingredients:
- 8 oz. mascarpone cheese, room temp
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp. Kahlua
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- unsweetened cocoa powder for garnish
- Cookies for dipping
- Fruit for dipping
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whip together the mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth with an electric hand mixer. Add the powdered sugar a little at a time until thoroughly mixed in. Mix in the Kahlua and vanilla extract. Add the whipped topping to the bowl and whip until smooth.
- Add the dip to your serving bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
- Dust the top of the dip with a bit of cocoa powder. Serve with cookies and fruit of your choice.
