Yield: 4-6 servings
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 oz. pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 3 cups prepared rice
- 2 to 3 cups leftover turkey, cut up
- Combine all ingredients in an ungreased 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes; uncover and bake additional 10 minutes.
