Turkey Sausage Breakfast Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp. real maple syrup (NOT pancake syrup)
  • 1/2 tbsp. ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:

  1. Place ground turkey in medium mixing bowl. Add maple syrup, salt, pepper then sage. Mix well.
  2. Form into 2” balls or patties.
  3. Cook in deep warmed cast iron pan until juices run clear and outside of each ball or pattie is well cooked.

Serve as an alternative to pork breakfast patties.
