- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 tbsp. real maple syrup (NOT pancake syrup)
- 1/2 tbsp. ground sage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Place ground turkey in medium mixing bowl. Add maple syrup, salt, pepper then sage. Mix well.
- Form into 2” balls or patties.
- Cook in deep warmed cast iron pan until juices run clear and outside of each ball or pattie is well cooked.
Serve as an alternative to pork breakfast patties.
