White Chocolate Haystacks

Try this Halloween treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp. melted coconut oil
  • 1 1/3 cup Fiber One Original Cereal
  • 1 cup sunflower seed kernels or unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • For decorating black icing or candy eyes

Directions:

  1. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds and stir. Continue heating and stirring the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals. Once chocolate is melted, add oil to the mixture.
  2. Combine the cereal and seeds/peanuts in a bowl. Pour the white chocolate over this mixture. Gently stir to coat the cereal and peanuts in white chocolate.
  3. Drop the mixture by spoonfuls on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Make each haystack into a ghost shape and place in the fridge to set.
  4. Once the haystacks have set, add the ghost eyes and mouth with black icing or use candy eyes.
