In West Virginia, 260, 261, 262.

If you are currently having delivery problems, please call our circulation department at 1-800-837-3419 and we will file a publication watch on your newspaper.

What is a Pubication Watch? A pub watch is an electronic , web based means created for Periodicals publishers to communicate with the US Postal Service regarding delivery issues reported by subscribers. The Delivery Unit(Post Office) will monitor the arrival of the publication at the subscriber’s address and provide a report indicating the dates the carrier receives and delivers the paper.

If your late delivery problems is ongoing or recurring you should file a publication watch.

Our circulation hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. If you have a question, I may be reached by phone at 800-837-3419 Ext. 20 or by email at fbaldwin@farmanddairy.com
