ALBANY, Ohio — The Alexander FFA members will take part in the FFA job interview CDE. Members that are participating are Kim Holcomb, Jacob Smith, Austin Crabtree, Adam Calhoun and Mary Pennignton.

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — The Laurel FFA Chapter were presented awards during the 95th Pennsylvania State Farm Show.

Four of the Laurel FFA members received their Keystone degree (the highest degree in the state). They are Sarah Wilson, Brandy Smail, Troy Booher and Shyanna Adams.

The Spartan Wrangler Square Dance team took a blue ribbon. Members of the Square Dance team are Shyanna Adams, Sarah Wilson, Brandy Smail, Kaitlyn Lantz, Justina Chin, Marissa Lubinski, Derek Boak, Philip Richards, Devin Miller and Dalton Valenti.

The FFA presented a demonstration “Green Gables” which took fifth in the state out of 26 teams. Members of the team are Troy Booher, Devin Miller, Dalton Valenti, Sarah Wilson and Henry Sniezek.

Sarah Wilson and Tori Richards participated in the “Farm Show’s Got Talent” and sang a duet. They took first place in their division.

Justina Chin, Marissa Lubinski and Kaitlyn Lantz participated in an essay contest to win free FFA Jackets. They were presented their jackets at the FFA mid-winter convention. Aubrey Gibson also showed her crossbred market lambs and took tenth place in her weight division.
