Ingredients:
- 2 oz. espresso or strongly brewed coffee
- 2 oz. white mocha sauce (*Recipe Below)
- 6 oz. 2% milk
- Ice
- For topping whipped cream
Directions:
- Add espresso, white chocolate mocha sauce and milk to a large shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine. Pour drink into an ice-filled cup. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
White Mocha Sauce*
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. white chocolate, roughly chopped
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup 2% milk
Directions:
- Put roughly chopped white chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl.
- In a small saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and 2% milk over medium-low heat until it’s just coming to a simmer.
- Pour milk mixture over white chocolate and let sit for a minute. Then, stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Pour sauce into a heat-proof jar or bowl and let cool. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.
