Ohio County fairs are winding down, but one still on the horizon is the Wayne County Fair in Wooster (Sept. 7-12).
Wayne County is considered to be one of the most agricultural related fairs, with more than 2,200 junior fair livestock entries.
They are expecting overflow livestock entry numbers in junior fair sheep, swine and poultry this year, which says a lot about the interest of the area’s youth in agriculture.

The Farm Service Agency’s barn will be across from Sterling Farm Equipment’s display.
We would like to remind you 2013 DCP/ACRE payments will be disbursed in October, along with annual CRP rental payments.
In order for FSA to make timely payments, your direct deposit information must be current and correct. You may not have received a payment from our office since this same time last year, and may have bank account changes since then.
Make sure to check with your local office to ensure your information is current. Payments can be delayed if the FSA office is not aware of updates to your account and routing numbers.
