MAUMEE, Ohio — Midwest Real Estate & Auctions of Maumee, Ohio held an auction Sept. 18 in Genoa, Ohio to settle the estate of Galen C. Miller.
A total of 95 acres located on W. Trowbridge and Reiman Road were auctioned. Daniel P. Kapudjija, broker and auctioneer, opened the bidding at 2 p.m. The auction was held off-site, with an exceptional turnout.

Bidding opened with individual parcels and then bidding on the total 95 acres. The highest bid was for the total 95 acres. The final bid was for $462,000 or $4,863.16 per acre.
