PITTSBURGH — CONSOL Energy Inc.’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on Aug. 23, to shareholders of record on Aug. 9.
CONSOL Energy Inc., a diversified fuel producer in the eastern U.S., has 11 bituminous coal mining complexes in four states and reports proven and probable coal reserves of 4.2 billion tons.
It is also a leading eastern U.S. gas producer, with proved reserves of 4.0 trillion cubic feet.
