Deerfield grain storage capacity increased

CORTLAND, Ohio — The Kansas City Commodity Office has increased the capacity for Deerfield Farms Service, Inc.

This change in capacity includes locations at Deerfield in Portage County, Louisville in Stark County and Kinsman in Trumbull County.

Charges

New in-and-out charges were also announced. Trumbull County producers interested in storing grain at the Deerfield Farms Service, Inc. location in Kinsman will be assessed a receiving rate of 0.0771 and a load out rate of 0.0822.

Deerfield Farm Services, Inc. is an eligible Uniform Grain and Rice Storage Agreement warehouse for grain storage that will be offered as collateral on a Marketing Assistance Loans available at your local Farm Service Agency office.
