NAVARRE, Ohio – The Navarre-Bethlehem Township Historical Society will host an antiques appraisal day Oct. 9, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Steve Bemiller, vice president of Garth’s Auctions Inc. of Delaware, will be on hand at St. Paul United Church of Christ’s educational building to give verbal appraisals on antiques and heirlooms.
The cost for each appraisal is $5, with a limit of two appraisals per person. Objects will be appraised on a first come, first served basis.
Antiques and collectibles of all kinds are welcome, including glass, pottery, furniture, collectibles, dolls, porcelain and other items. For fragile pieces or oversized items too large to be transported, such as furniture, clear, quality photographs can be substituted.
No musical instruments or jewelry will be appraised.
The St. Paul United Church of Christ’s educational building is located at 21 W. Wooster St. in Navarre, Ohio.
