John Deere planter in action

Denver Business Journal reports that John Deere is teaming up with DN2K, a Colorado-based company that analyzes data for decision making, to help farmers, agricultural retailers and others make informed decisions about agriculture.

The joint venture, SageInsights, will help John Deere customers meet the challenge of feeding a growing world population. DN2K’s data platform MyAgCentral will be used.

The data collected will be used on a cloud platform to improve productivity and ultimately serve more of the ag community.
