MARYVILLE, KS — Landoll Corporation, one of North America’s leading manufacturers of agricultural equipment and specialized products that serve the industries of transportation, material handling, OEM and government, announced Nov. 2 that it has acquired the Brillion Farm EquipmentTM division from Accuride Corporation.
Agreement reached. As part of the agreement penned Nov. 2, Accuride will transfer the full line of Brillion tillage and seeding equipment to Landoll, while retaining its key brands and products related to the trucking and transportation industry.
In the meantime, manufacturing and production of Brillion Farm Equipment products will transfer to Landoll manufacturing facilities in Marysville and Beloit, Kansas. Landoll will, however, maintain an office in Brillion, Wisconsin, for product engineering, sales and service of the Brillion products. Landoll will also maintain the staff of Brillion regional territory managers.
Expansion. While the Brillion acquisition expands upon Landoll’s complete line of tillage, it also includes a line of soil pulverizers, pulvi-mulchers and seeders.
“All of the acquired lines will continue to carry the Brillion label and we plan to utilize Brillion’s current dealer network,” explains Jamie Meier, Landoll’s Ag Division Sales Manager.
The company has been owned by Accuride since 2005 when it became part of the corporation’s acquisition of the Transportation Technologies Industries, Inc., (TTI) companies.
