INDIANAPOLIS — The National FFA Organization held its 83rd National FFA Convention Oct. 20-23 in Indianapolis, Ind. Career development event winners were announced at the annual awards banquet during the convention.
National career development event winners from Ohio and Pennsylvania were:

Agricultural Communications

Team: Fifth place — Kayla Porter, Caitlin Robinson, Daniel Quincel, Sara Russ and John Miller, all of Amanda-Clearcreek FFA, Ohio.
Individual: Seventh place — Sara Russ of Amanda-Clearcreek FFA, Ohio.

Agricultural Sales

Individual: 10th place — Jeremy Haldeman of Manheim FFA, Pa.

Agronomy

Team: Fourth place — Kyle Dresback, Alicia Dysert, Riley Hall and Blake Taylor, all of North Union FFA. Ohio.

Dairy Cattle Evaluation
