Ohio State to host Pumpkin Field Day in South Charleston

SOUTH CHARLESTON, Ohio — Ohio State University’s Pumpkin Field Day will be held Aug. 30 in South Charleston, Ohio from 6-8 p.m. at the Western Agricultural Research Station. The event is sponsored by the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center, Ohio State University Extension and the OSU Vegetable Team.

Registration (taken at the door) costs $5 per person and includes beverages.

Details

The program consists of a wagon tour of research plots, including information on the station’s 16-entry variety trials, angular leaf spot trial, fungicide demonstration trial, and fungicide- and insect-management updates.
