VINCENT, Ohio — Ohio Leadership Camp was held June 23 through the 26. Warren FFA members Garett Coffman, Allison Florence, Kora Lynn, Malcolm Quartermaine, Erika Cunningham, Sierra Sinclair and student teacher Blake Campbell attended OLC at FFA Camp Muskingum.

FFA members went through the 360° Vision conference, led by national facilitators Gordon Yoder and Megan Stein, from Florida. The Vision conference helped members not only enhance their leadership skills but to spot problems in their chapter and community and how to fix them.

Members also participated in the Camp Muskingum: Underground Railroad Tour, water games, swimming, volleyball, shooting, boating, kayaking, canoeing and dancing.

WEST SALEM, Ohio — On June 6-11, two members from the Northwestern FFA chapter visited the U.S. Capital while attending a leadership conference consisting of FFA members from around the country.

Taylor Dawson the daughter of Scott and Jennifer Dawson, and Emily Finley, the daughter of Charles and Jean Finley, attended this event.

In addition to the leadership sessions, members toured Arlington Cemetery and watched the changing of the guard; the Jefferson, Vietnam, Korean, World War II, Lincoln, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Iwo Jima, and the Martin Luther King Jr. memorials, as well as the Washington monument.
