Chloe Williams donated her carcass beef steer in order to start a scholarship in the name of former 4-H adviser and mentor Paul Aaron. The carcass steer sold for $4.50 a pound to Beck's Hybrids and several additional donations were made to the scholarship fund for a total of $11,518.Taking a bath
