Vilsack and Sherrod Brown team up to push farm bill as economic driver

During his visit to the Ohio Farmers Union annual meeting, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack quietly presented David Herman of Williams County with a “challenge coin.” Vilsack told Herman to keep the coin with him at all times and if “challenged” or asked for it, Herman has to be able to produce it, or owe the challenger a “milkshake,” Vilsack explained. The idea has its roots in military challenge coins.
