- 6-8 medium unpeeled baking apples
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (to taste)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Remove core from apples and place in slow cooker.
- Mix raisins and sugar; fill center of apples.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
- Add 1/2 cup water.
- Cover and cook on low overnight or 8 hours.
