- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup dates, chopped and pitted
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Stir in oats, dates, almonds, oil, and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly brown.
