Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soft oleo
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Cream together the oleo and sugar. Add in the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes at 350°.
  3. Remove from oven and cool in the pan 15 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
