- 1/2 cup soft oleo
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 mashed bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Cream together the oleo and sugar. Add in the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
- Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes at 350°.
- Remove from oven and cool in the pan 15 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
