- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and halved.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 bunch of green onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain.
- In a mixing bowl, add butter, milk and hot potatoes. Mix into mashed potatoes.
- Add onions, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
- Serve hot with melted butter.
