- 8 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. bacon bits
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat eggs and water with wire whisk in medium bowl.
- Stir in tomato, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the bacon bits and basil.
- Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
