- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 Tablespoons margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal (dry)
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Yeast
- Ad ingredients to bread machine pan in order recommended by your manufacturer. Use regular light setting. I prefer to use only the dough cycle.
- Remove after dough cycle and place in a greased or sprayed 9 x 5 inch bread pan. Let rise until dough reaches slightly over the edge of pan.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or till slightly browned.
