PB Fruit-Nana Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 cup milk
- 1 med. banana, sliced
- 1 cup frozen fruit, such as blueberries
- 2 Tbs. peanut butter
- 1 handful loose spinach leaves
- Wash hands with soap and water. Gently run produce under cool running water.
- Add ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
