Roasted Radishes

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of radishe, washed, stems removed, and halved or quarted depending on size.
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. crushed rosemary
  • Tbsp. honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicon mat.
  2. Combine radishes, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and honey and toss together on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread the radishes, cut side down across the pan.
  4. Bake 40 min, flipping halway through.
  5. Serve hot.
