- 3 lbs. red seedless grapes, washed and stemmed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- In large mixing bowl, cream together the sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with hand mixer until well blended and smooth.
- Gently fold in grapes and mix until all grapes are covered with cream mixture.
- Transfer to large, elegant serving bowl and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. I love to serve this at Bridal Showers.
