We are always honored to keep the brave men and women informed overseas. Such is the case with Dana Helman of the U.S. Navy Seabees, who served in Kandahar, Afghanistan, from September 2009 through March 2010 and is now serving at Camp Moreell in Kuwait.
While we have traveled all across the globe, there is one place that still eludes Farm and Dairy; outer space. We haven’t gotten there yet, but during a trip to the Kennedy Space Center, we did get a little closer. Joining us were (left to right), Dale and Tina Haberny, from Chagrin Falls, Ohio; Peggy […]
Everyone has their own slice of heaven. For Clayton Vecellio of Lewis Run, Pa., it’s the months of January and February enjoying the warm weather of Lakeland, Fla., while reading Farm and Dairy with the sound of flywheeler engines firing off in the distance.
Sometimes you can beat the winter weather and sometimes you can’t. When Parker Russell (left) and his wife Rita of Waterford, Pa., traveled to Pawley’s Island, S.C., to visit daughter Leanne Aguilar and her children Celeste (right) and Clara, they never expected the cold weather to chase them down. Unfortunately it did, with temperatures in […]

Farm and Dairy had a blast and, for once, got to enjoy […]

While the American Farm Bureau Federation Convention is a great time, sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate. When snow and ice converged on the convention center in Atlanta in January, Jenifer Weaver and Pearle Burlingame of Mahoning County luckily had a Farm and Dairy handy to pass the time between sessions. Jenifer was one of the […]
The American Farm Bureau Federation Convention, in Atlanta, is one of the premiere events of the year. Attending the event in January were Nikki and Jim Coy of Carroll County, with Nikki representing Ohio in the discussion meet. Of course Farm and Dairy attended the event and provided great reading material between sessions.
