Jane Houin
Jane Houin is the director of Ashland Soil and Water Conservation District. She is a graduate of Purdue University (Boiler Up!) with a BS in agricultural communication and MS in mass communication. An avid reader, Houin raises horses and sheep with her husband Craig and their three children as well as helps operate her family’s rodeo stock contracting business.
