Hello from Hazard!
George Wimer, of Tidioute, Pennsylvania, is quite sure that Item No. 1058 is a pastry cutter used to cut strips when making a lattice pie crust. He says this is the first one he has seen in 60 years.
Wayne Cooper, of Fombell, Pennsylvania, submitted Item No. 1058.

We will move along to Item No. 1059. Bill McChesney submitted the item, and he has no clue what it is.
