NORTH JACKSON, Ohio — The Judge’s Choice, a 4-H equine club which meets every month, celebrated its end of year outstanding accomplishments earned at the Canfield Fair.

Awards were presented to: Caleb Mohan for first place Mahoning County winning horseless horse project; Breanna Parker, placing in reserve champion in trail; Monica Reynolds, for champion in poles 12and under; Marissa Sternburg for receiving champion poles 16-18; Morgan Fero for receiving champion barrels walk/trot, Kayleigh Upole for placing in reserve champion in barrels walk/trot and receiving champion in western horsemanship walk/trot.

Alyssa Eakins was recognized for placing in reserve championships in three positions: walk/trot, barrels, w/t w. horsemanship and w/t showmanship. Karynn Maskarinec received res. champion cones and barrels 16-18; Colleen Maskarinec won champion w. horsemanship 13-15 and also res. champion in showmanship 13-15. Deanna Ritchie won ground roping championships.

Voting for officers took place and will be announced at the next meeting.
