A roundup of FFA news for the week of Sept. 17, 2009

ASHLAND, Ohio — The Mapleton and Crestview FFA chapters held their annual consignment sale Sept. 5. Community members brought in goods to be sold and there was a variety of merchandise at the sale. Large farm equipment was sold along with household items and lawn ornaments.

The Mapleton FFA provided a concession stand and students volunteered their time to work at the sale by helping in the stand and loading vehicles.

The proceeds from the sale will benefit both the Mapleton and Crestview FFA chapters.
