WOOSTER, Ohio — There will be a What is Agvocacy? seminar May 17 at 7 p.m. at The Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute, Room Skou 100.
Dan Toland of Ohio Farm Bureau will speak about social media. Leah Dorman, D.V.M., will talk about the Ohio Livestock Care Standards Board. Dr. Bobby Moser, dean of Ohio State’s College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, will also talk about the Ohio Livestock Care Board.
The workshop is hosted by The Independent Study Group on Agricultural Agvocacy, Sam Wildman (student), Amanda Wagner (student) and Carrie Pickworth (instructor).
