Pat-in-in-the-pan pie crust

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pastry flour
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. milk

Directions:

  1. In a 10-inch pie pan, place all ingredients and mix together with a fork.
  2. Using your fingers “pat” the dough along the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan. NO Rolling!

Note: This makes the perfect crust for Lynne’s Real Pumpkin Pie!
