LEGAL NOTICE
The Trustees of Monroe Township are accepting bids
for the resurfacing of Beitler Road from the Tuscara-
was County line to the Carroll County line. The road
is approximately .660 miles long and approximately
17 feet wide. Contractor will be responsible for veri-
fying exact measurements. Fill and level existing road
with 404 top coat. 1.5 inches of 404 top coat on top
of the newly leveled road. Berm both sides of new
pavement. Contractor will be responsible for all traffic
control. Sealed bids due by July 10, 2026 to Monroe
Township; PO Box 249; Bowerston, Ohio 44695. Bids
will be opened July 13, 2026 at the Township meeting
