titled Bryan A. Blakeman, Treasurer of Columbiana
County, Ohio, Plaintiff vs. BARBARA E. NEWLIN,
et al., Defendants. This action has been assigned
Case No.: 2026 DT 163, and is pending in the Court
of Common Pleas of Columbiana County, Lisbon,
Ohio 44432.

quent taxes against real estate set forth below and

days after the last publication of this notice which
will be published once a week for three successive
weeks. The last publication will be made on the 1st
day of October, 2026, and the 28 days for answer
will commence on that date.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise re-
spond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Proce-
dure, judgment by default will be rendered against
you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
