LEGAL NOTICE
The Village of New Waterford, Ohio will be accept-
ing sealed bids until 5:45pm January 13, 2026 for a
2004 Ferrara custom 1,500 gpm top mount control
pumper with a 1,000 tank and 6-man cab. It has a
400hp Cummins diesel engine, automatic transmis-
sion and miscellaneous equipment. Pumper has less
than 19,000 miles and is less than 10 feet in height.
Minimum bid is $150,000.00. All bids must include a
bid bond or good check of 10% of the bid. The un-
successful bidders will have their check or bid bond
returned after the acceptance of the successful bid.
Bid forms and other information may be obtained by
contacting the Fiscal Officer at 330-457-2225. Bids
will be opened and read at the Council meeting held
January 13, 2026 at 6:15pm at Village Hall, 3760
Village Park Dr. in New Waterford, Ohio. The Village
of New Waterford, Ohio reserves the right to accept
and/or reject any and all bids.
