LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed bid proposals for the construction of a .290 acre
grid material permeable parking lot at Carroll Soil & Water
Conservation District, 1029 Countryside Drive NW, Carroll-
ton, Ohio 44615 are being accepted now. The parking lot
when completed will be utilized by the Carroll Soil & Wa-
ter Conservation District and the USDA NRCS. Proposals
will be received by the Board of Supervisors, Carroll Soil
& Water Conservation District, Ohio until Friday, June 5,
2026 at 4:00 p.m., and opened thereafter. Proposals may
be hand delivered or mailed to the Board of Supervisors,
Carroll County SWCD, 1029 Countryside Drive NW, Carroll-
ton, Ohio 44615.
Complete set of criteria for the project will be available
for examination, Monday, June 8, 2026 through Monday,
June 29, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the office
of the Carroll County SWCD, 1029 Countryside Drive NW,
Carrollton, Ohio 44615.
Any proposals may be withdrawn prior to scheduled
closing time for the receipt of Proposals, but no Proposer
shall withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual bid
opening thereof. The Carroll SWCD reserves the right to
reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities in any bid,
and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to
the Carroll County Soil and Water Conservation District.
